The Role
As Office Manager/Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office while acting as a trusted support partner to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparation for meetings and handling confidential information.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, welcoming and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate facilities management, office suppliers, equipment, budgets and workplace services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and maintain office standards.
- Manage office inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels of stationery, refreshments and workplace essentials.
- Coordinate office maintenance and services, including cleaning schedules and supplier relationships.
- Support leaders and teams by managing priorities, coordinating actions and helping projects progress effectively.

About You
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Workplace Manager, Operations Coordinator or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a solutions-focused approach.
- Resilient and adaptable, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing complex diaries.
- Strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
- Confident using technology and business productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.
