Our client is a specialist recruitment business with deep expertise across technology, transformation and professional services. They are seeking a Temporary Office Manager/Operations lead to take ownership of the day-to-day operational engine of the business.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing office management, supplier relationships and new starter onboarding
- Recruitment contracts, compliance and governance across the contractor lifecycle
- IR35, right-to-work checks, AWR, references, renewals and operational risk management
- Contract generation, terms of business reviews and DocuSign processes
- Building and maintaining operational policies, SOPs and governance frameworks
- Acting as the key UK contact for our offshore operations team, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
- Managing operational SLAs and reporting to improve consultant experience
- Take ownership of events management
