We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing international business for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their vibrant Old Street office.

The Role

Working closely with the Chief HR Officer and Executive Team, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the business running efficiently, providing first-class executive support while managing office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive diary management for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and expense management
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, minute-taking and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate Board meetings and liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the London office, including facilities, suppliers, health & safety, office provisions and post
  • Plan and deliver company events, meetings and employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead logistics for large-scale company events and meetings
  • Create engaging presentations and presentation decks
  • Support internal communications, including company newsletters and business updates
  • Provide HR administration support where required
  • Manage employee recognition and engagement platforms
  • Support projects across the business and assist with operational improvements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and Executive Team

About You

You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager who enjoys working at pace and building strong relationships across a business.

You'll also have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant and Office Management experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent diary management and coordination experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience organising meetings, events and company-wide initiatives
  • Confidence producing presentations and business documents
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage changing priorities and last-minute requests with ease
  • Experience coordinating projects and working across multiple teams
  • Confidence using AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
