We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a fast-paced and professional organisation based in the West End of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual looking for an ongoing temporary assignment with a competitive hourly rate and hybrid working.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide first-class executive support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and calendar management for senior executives
- Coordinating meetings, travel, itineraries and events
- Preparing presentations, reports and meeting documentation
- Managing confidential correspondence and communications
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the office
- Liaising with suppliers, facilities and service providers
- Managing office supplies, equipment and meeting rooms
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding and general office projects
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Highly proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
