Our client, an innovative and thought-leading training and advisory consultancy, is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to help enhance, reinforce and re-engineer the internal systems at the heart of the organisation. This is a pivotal time for the business as it continues to grow and scale.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally across People & Culture, systems administration, finance, compliance, and organisational coordination, ensuring the smooth and effective running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives on bringing structure to a dynamic environment - strengthening processes, enhancing systems, and embedding the daily disciplines that translate leadership vision into clear action, steady operational rhythm, and a strong sense of flow across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience using a CRM system - ideally Salesforce - alongside a financial platform such as Xero, and will demonstrate a genuine interest in digital systems and how they can be used to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support effective business operations.
- Financial and budget administration, including overseeing accounts payable, managing the invoicing process, supporting cash flow monitoring, and ensuring timely customer payments.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and maintain financial records to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the lifecycle of the employee and consultant experience across the organisation.
- Assist with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate internal projects, initiatives, and events across the organisation.
- Administer and optimise the organisation's operational technology systems.
- Provide coordination and support across a range of operational projects and business initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee office operations, including security, health & safety, and office policies.
