Our client is a highly successful boutique events and art space based in the West End, offering a unique and fast‑paced working environment at the heart of a creative and commercial business.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the landlord regarding building and facilities matters.
- Implement and manage office systems and administrative procedures.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Oversee two Administrative Coordinators, providing HR administrative support as needed.
- Act as the key internal point of contact for external HR and Finance providers and escalating more complex matters when required.
- Coordinate operational requirements for temporary events and exhibitions.
- Manage tight deadlines, liaise with international stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure smooth relationship management across multiple moving parts.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
