A highly successful, privately owned investment and operating group is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Founder's activities, acting as a trusted partner and key point of coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level, 1:1 executive support to the Founder
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing and managing expenses
