Permanent Executive Assistant to Legal Team (Private equity) Based in the West End / Charing Cross Hybrid working - 4 days in the office £50,000-55,000 + bonus and benefits

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of a busy and high-performing function. Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating complex meetings, international travel, and schedules

  • Supporting wider team coordination and administrative processes
