About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and extensive diary management support to 2 senior executives plus the wider team on an ad hoc basis. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Organising national and international travel arrangements
  • Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation
  • Taking meeting minutes and following up on action points
  • Screening calls, managing correspondence, and acting as a key point of contact
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure
  • A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
  • High levels of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
