Fully office-based role (with the flexibility to work from home every other Monday). Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 M-F. Our client, a boutique investment firm with a friendly, sociable, and highly collaborative culture, is seeking a PA / Team Assistant to join their welcoming West End office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a fast‑paced and professional environment, providing key administrative and operational support to both senior executives and the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and calendar management; coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Organise meetings, team lunches and social events.
  • Liaise regularly with the Paris office, providing international exposure.
  • Welcome visitors, prepare meeting rooms, and manage travel bookings.
  • Support office management duties such as ordering and maintaining supplies, coordinating daily team lunches, and liaising with suppliers and building management.
  • Assist marketing and business development activities: maintain CRM systems, update client information and meeting notes.
  • Help coordinate client events, company socials, inductions, onboarding processes, and wider internal projects.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Previous office support or administrative experience.
