Location: London

Pay: £18.00 - £23.00 per hour + holiday pay

Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Requirement: Previous administrative or Team Assistant experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Team Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy and dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, helping colleagues stay organised and supporting a highly collaborative working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
  • Organising travel arrangements and processing expenses
  • Preparing meeting rooms, agendas, and presentation materials
  • Taking meeting notes and following up on action points where required
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office coordination
  • Supporting team events and other ad hoc administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or Team Assistant role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setup
