Our client is a highly successful boutique events and art space based in the West End, offering a unique and fast‑paced working environment at the heart of a creative and commercial business.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the landlord regarding building and facilities matters.
  • Implement and manage office systems and administrative procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Oversee two Administrative Coordinators, providing HR administrative support as needed.
  • Act as the key internal point of contact for external HR and Finance providers and escalating more complex matters when required.
  • Coordinate operational requirements for temporary events and exhibitions.
  • Manage tight deadlines, liaise with international stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure smooth relationship management across multiple moving parts.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent all‑round Operations experience, confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • Great troubleshooting skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
