Are you a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant with 3-4+ years' experience supporting senior leaders, or a Team Assistant aspiring to the next level? We're looking for a collaborative and resourceful professional to provide high-level support up to three busy Directors within a fast-paced, member-focused organisation.
You'll manage complex diaries, inboxes, travel, meetings, events, expenses and CRM updates, while anticipating priorities and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You'll also play a key role in coordinating internal meetings, taking minutes, supporting projects and working closely with colleagues across the business.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 3-4 years' experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Able to juggle priorities and manage busy diaries
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Confidence taking minutes and coordinating meetings and events
- A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
- An interest in using AI tools to improve productivity
- Experience working within financial services or investor relations
