A highly regarded financial advisory firm based in Kensington is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a founder across both business and personal responsibilities on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a varied and fast-paced role within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will act as a trusted right hand, helping bring structure, efficiency, and calm to a busy and evolving workload.
The Role
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support, including:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordination of meetings, travel, and logistics
- Acting as a gatekeeper and managing communications
- Supporting financial administration (invoicing, basic reconciliations, liaising with accountants)
- Assisting across multiple business interests and projects
- Providing personal assistant support when required
About You
- Experienced as an Executive Assistant to Founder level
- Comfortable working in a financial or professional services environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
