We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant for this 14 months FTC to provide high-level support to two Directors at a highly regarded boutique placement agency in London. This is a key role requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong IT proficiency (Salesforce), outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused, transaction-driven environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the Directors' schedules, while also providing broader administrative and business support across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with institutional investors and fund managers
- Assist with investor roadshows, fundraising schedules, and conference planning
- Full travel management (UK & international), including itineraries, visas, and expenses
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Support the preparation and formatting of presentations, pitch materials, and investor documents
- Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure accurate tracking of contacts and interactions
- Manage expenses, invoicing, and other administrative processes
Key Requirements
- Proven EA experience within a placement agent, private credit, private equity, asset management, investment banking, or alternative investment firm
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to work with discretion and confidentiality
