Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of a busy and high-performing function. We are seeking a true "superstar" Executive Assistant - someone polished, proactive, and exceptionally professional, with the ambition, resilience, and commercial awareness to succeed and develop within a legal and corporate environment.
The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and building strong relationships at all levels. Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple senior stakeholders
- Coordinating complex meetings, international travel, and schedules
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, documents, reports, and meeting materials
- Supporting wider team coordination and administrative processes
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and contributing to initiatives within the EA community, including social and engagement committees
