The role
This is an outbound sales role built for early-career professionals who want to develop a lasting career in sales and account management. You'll start by mastering lead generation alongside experienced consultants, learning the energy market and how we build relationships that last. What you'll be doing
- Calling and emailing businesses to generate qualified leads
- Building rapport quickly and clearly communicating Purely Energy's value
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes
- Consistently hitting daily call volumes and lead generation targets
What we're looking for
- A resilient, self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections
- A competitive spirit and a genuine hunger to achieve goals
- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales is a plus, but not essential
- A degree is welcome but not required; attitude and drive matter most
