This is an outbound sales role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in account management and sales. You'll start by mastering lead generation and working alongside experienced consultants, learning the energy market and how we build lasting client relationships. Structured coaching and classroom training run throughout your probation period to set you up properly. The first four months are about building the foundations: learning how to create, manage, and grow your own pipeline. What you'll be doing:
- Calling and emailing businesses to generate qualified leads
- Identifying and engaging with key decision makers
- Building rapport quickly and clearly communicating Purely Energy's value
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes
- Consistently hitting daily call volumes and lead generation targets
What we're looking for:
- A resilient, self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections
- A competitive spirit and genuine hunger to achieve goals
- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales is a plus β but not essential
