This is an outbound sales role focused on lead generation. You will be the first voice businesses hear from Purely Energy, introducing the work we do, identifying the right decision makers, and opening conversations that convert into real client relationships. If you are resilient, motivated, and competitive by nature, your effort will directly shape your income. The first four months will focus on mastering lead generation, supported by regular coaching sessions and classroom training throughout your probation period. After probation, you will learn the skills to close your own deals, building the skills that turn a strong lead generator into a complete sales professional and significantly increasing your earning potential along the way. What you will be doing:
- Calling and emailing businesses to generate qualified leads
- Identifying and engaging with key decision makers
- Building rapport quickly and clearly communicating Purely Energy's value
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes
- Consistently hitting daily call volumes and lead generation targets
What we are looking for:
- A resilient, self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections
- A competitive spirit and genuine hunger to achieve goals
- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales is a plus — but not essential
- A degree is welcome but not required; attitude and drive matter most
- At least 1 year of office experience (any field)
