  • Convert qualified leads from the lead-gen team alongside your own outbound
  • Quote, negotiate, and close fixed and flexible business-energy contracts
  • Build long-term relationships that convert into renewals and referrals

What we look for:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally energy, utilities, or telecoms
  • A proven closer with a track record of hitting and beating quota
  • Confident, direct phone manner and clean written communication
  • Numerate and comfortable explaining unit rates, standing charges, and contract terms

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of UK business energy contracts and supplier panels
  • Experience selling into multi-site or mid-market accounts

How we hire:

  2. A 60-minute conversation with the Sales Manager covering your experience and the role in more depth.
  3. A practical exercise: a short take-home or a live session with the team, tailored to the role.
