We are a small, privately owned, growing business that promotes from within and pays on results. This is a full-cycle B2B sales role. You will run your own outbound activity, take warm leads from the lead-gen team, manage every conversation through to contract signing, and own the client relationship from day one. Strong closers earn substantially more than their basic, the commission structure is built to reward results.
What you'll do:
- Run a full sales cycle from prospect through to signed contract
- Convert qualified leads from the lead-gen team alongside your own outbound
- Quote, negotiate, and close fixed and flexible business-energy contracts
- Build long-term relationships that convert into renewals and referrals
- Work with the trading desk on tender timing for larger accounts
- Maintain a clean CRM and an accurate weekly pipeline forecast
What we look for:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally energy, utilities, or telecoms
- A proven closer with a track record of hitting and beating quota
- Confident, direct phone manner and clean written communication
- Numerate and comfortable explaining unit rates, standing charges, and contract terms
- Self-managing, you run your day without being chased
- Authorised to work in the UK and within commutable distance of WA1 1GG
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of UK business energy contracts and supplier panels
- Experience selling into multi-site or mid-market accounts
