We are a small, privately owned, growing business that promotes from within and pays on results. Our new Newcastle office is the growth bridgehead for the North East. This is an outbound sales role focused on lead generation. You will introduce Purely to businesses, identify the right decision makers, and open the conversations that turn into real client relationships. If you are resilient, motivated, and competitive by nature, your effort will directly shape your income.

What you'll do:

  • Call and email businesses to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and engage key decision makers
  • Build rapport quickly and communicate the Purely Energy value clearly
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes
  • Consistently hit daily call volumes and lead generation targets

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections

  • At least 1 year of office experience in any field
