Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our client and their teams based at Ellesmere Port.
As Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on their products and services to their customers.
This is a challenging role where customer excellence always comes first. You will take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what customers want and need. Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Requirements
- We are looking for individuals with a proven track record as a professional Service Advisor from within the Automotive Industry.
- It is essential candidates can provide previous experience and knowledge as a Service Advisor.
- Product Training is provided through online E-Learning & Development, and outstanding courses are provided by the Manufacturer Training Department to support your full potential.
- Ideally, you will also have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
- A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
