Overview

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our client based in Mobberley, Cheshire. The Service Advisor will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between the client’s customers and the workshop. The role involves informing and consulting on vehicle servicing, updating the customer at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles are ready on time. You will also provide best advice on products and services to customers. The position is full time Monday to Friday with no weekend working.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer care and act as a link between customers and the workshop.
  • Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping customers updated at every stage.
  • Answer questions or queries from customers.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control regarding vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness.
  • Advise customers on products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer facing track record within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and a strong attitude towards delivering excellent customer service levels.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and passion for the automotive industry.
  • Working knowledge of Kerridge systems is advantageous, but not essential.
