Our client is one of the leading privately owned motor retail groups in the UK, representing a number of Franchised Vehicle Operations across the North West. The Group has a proud heritage of providing excellent customer care since the foundation of its first dealership in 1987.
With ambitious plans for further growth, we are now looking to recruit a dynamic and target driven individual to join our Executive Management Team. The successful candidate will report into the Managing Director & Sales Director. You will have an outstanding and proven track record at Head of Business level or as a General/Sales Manager. Our client is a fast-paced business with a hands-on approach, which is a key part of their culture. You will be expected to lead by example, be target driven, thrive within an entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate success by increasing profitability.
With an experienced management team in place and the business performing very successfully, you will be expected to take this dealership to the next level. In addition, you will need to be an influential and motivational leader that coaches the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives while delivering a high level of customer and employee satisfaction. You must also reside within a commutable distance from Chester.
This is an exciting role that will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity for further career development and to be part of the Group’s future ambitious growth strategy.
