Sector: Elite International Legal Recruitment

The Opportunity

For the past five years, we have operated as a highly discreet, ultra-niche legal search firm. We don't broadcast vacancies; we headhunt top-tier legal talent for the world’s most prestigious law firms—predominantly Magic Circle, Elite US, and Silver Circle firms across London and Brussels. Our clients trust us to get things right all the time. Our business is unlike other recruitment businesses and is focused on quality rather than quantity. This is a hybrid role blending high-level executive support with candidate sourcing. If you want to learn the inner workings of headhunting from the ground up, this is your entry point. I am looking for a determined hard worker who enjoys a challenge and someone who takes pride in a sense of achievement, working on exclusive projects. Over time, you will be running your own recruitment processes and develop yourself into a successful full 360 recruitment consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Mapping: Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, legal directories, and industry research to identify and map out top-tier lawyers in London and Brussels.
  • Executive Support: Managing my diary, booking client meetings, and coordinating confidential calls.
  • Outreach & Coordination: Initiating contact with prospective candidates and scheduling initial interviews.
  • Database Management: Keeping our boutique CRM meticulous and up-to-date.

What We Are Looking For

We have a track record of hiring people with zero industry experience and training them into elite 360 recruiters. For this role, your attitude and drive matter more than your CV.

  • High Emotional Intelligence: You will be interacting with high-earning, sophisticated legal professionals. Exceptional, polished communication is non-negotiable.
  • Resilience & Grit: Headhunting requires patience and a thick skin. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone and chasing leads.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: In the elite legal sector, typos or missed details can ruin a relationship.
  • An Office-First Mindset: We operate 4 days a week in the office. In our experience, the nuances of headhunting are learned by listening, absorbing the environment, and receiving real-time feedback. This is flexible for the right person, and working from home is fine over time.

Why Join Us?

  • Direct Mentorship: You will be trained directly by a Managing Director with years of success in a highly lucrative niche.
  • Career Progression: This role is designed to evolve. Whether you want to become a high-earning 360 Headhunter or a career Executive Assistant, your growth will be fully supported.
  • Boutique Culture: No corporate red tape or pointless KPIs. We work hard, we target the absolute top of the market, and we reward success.

To Apply

Please submit your CV along with a brief note explaining why this specific legal search niche appeals to you. I look forward to hearing from you!
