Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound calls and email engagement
- Preparing quotations, managing customer communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales enquiries
- Assisting with the administration and maintenance of health, safety, and compliance documentation
- Supporting procurement activities and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and internal business procedures
Qualifications
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Previous experience in an operations, business support, office management or administration role
