Our client based in Cottenham is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As the Operations Administrator your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Arranging deliveries
- Processing bookings on system
- Quoting
- Monitoring progress of work, updating customers
- Checking invoices
- Upselling services where possible
- General administration as required.
An ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator will have:
- Previous logistics experience is essential
- Good communication skills, verbal & written
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational skills.
