Our client based in Thetford is seeking a Ductwork Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As the Ductwork Engineer your duties will include:
- Installing ductwork ventilation (factory based but occasional site travel may be required)
- Interpreting technical drawings
- Complying with building regulations and H&S
- Fabricating, fitting and sealing ductwork to required standards
- Quality inspections
- Identifying and resolving installation issues.
An ideal candidate for the Ductwork Engineer will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of DW144 ductwork standards
- Experience interpreting and working from technical drawings
- Previous experience installing metal ductwork
