As Sales Support Coordinator, your duties will include: * Providing day-to-day administrative and sales support to the team * Processing customer orders and enquiries * Preparing quotations, paperwork and sales documentation * Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments * Supporting the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently * Helping on the shop floor during quieter periods An ideal candidate for the Sales Support Coordinator will be: * Organised and confident with administration * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills * Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office * Reliable, flexible and willing to get stuck in * Happy working across both office and shop-floor environments * Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure * A team player with a positive attitude * A confident driver with a full UK driving licence.
