Salary: negotiable DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility required due to the nature of the role)
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based close to Fulbourn is seeking an Network Service Lead to join there team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Network Service Lead you will be responsible for:
- Leading the technical service function.
- Allocating and prioritising work
- Providing technical support to customers
- Line manage, support and develop members of the technical team.
- Take ownership of escalated issues
- Create and configure accounts
- Configure and test equipment.
- Support onboarding of customers
- Maintain accurate records.
- Monitor/rectify network issues
- Developing processes/documentation.
An ideal candidate for the Network Service Lead will have:
- A strong technical background in RTK, GNSS, precision positioning, telecommunications, connected equipment or a closely related field.
- Practical experience with some of the technologies that support RTK delivery
- The ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and equipment
- The ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Experience supervising, mentoring or line managing
- Strong organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence.
