Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is looking for a Metal Fabricator/Welder
As a Metal Fabricator/Welder your duties will include:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Use basic maths skills to measure, cut, and shape materials accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
An ideal candidate for the Metal Fabricator/Welder
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for metal fabrication.
- Experience with section & sheet metal fabrication techniques.
- Competent in MIG welding and other welding methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
