Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team on a full time, perm basis. As a Production Manager your duties will include:
- Lead a team of production operatives, ensuring the production schedule is met and that all products are manufactured in accordance with strict quality standards.
- Monitor and manage production processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands.
- Ensure the accurate recording of production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
An ideal candidate for the Production Manager will have:
