Job Title: Night Shift Team Leader
Location: Haverhill
Salary: £13.50 – £14.00
Hours: Monday – Friday 10pm – 6am (Overtime is also available, but not guaranteed)
Contract Type: Full time, Temp to Perm
An opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Team Leader for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk
As the Night Shift Team Leader your duties will include:
* Lead and supervise the night shift team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
* Allocate work and manage workloads to meet production, maintenance, or project deadlines
* Act as the main point of contact on site during night shifts, escalating issues when required
* Provide daily handover for the day shift supervisor
An ideal candidate for the Night Shift Team Leader will have:
* Strong technical knowledge
* Previous experience leading or supervising a team
