Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5pm) Friday (8:30am - 2:00pm)
Salary: £14 - £14.50
Contract Type: Full time, Temp to Perm for right person
As Junior Applications Engineer your duties will include:
- Operating and maintaining laboratory and analytical equipment
- Preparing chemical solutions and assisting with laboratory testing procedures
- Testing, evaluating and processing coatings for a wide range of engineering applications
- Preparing documentation and recording results
An ideal candidate for the Junior Applications Engineer will have:
- A background in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Design or a related field
- Knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment (advantageous but not essential)
- Practical skills such as basic tooling or paint spraying (desirable)
Ideally you will have experience within a similar position. Interviews will take place in Haverhill, Suffolk following a registration process by PureKat Consultancy Ltd.
