An opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Team Leader for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As the Night Shift Team Leader your duties will include:
- Lead and supervise the night shift team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
- Allocate work and manage workloads to meet production, maintenance, or project deadlines
- Act as the main point of contact on site during night shifts, escalating issues when required
- Provide daily handover for the day shift supervisor
An ideal candidate for the Night Shift Team Leader will have:
- Strong technical knowledge
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
