Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full time, Temp to Perm, however a straight permanent role could be offered to the ideal candidate.
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking an Executive Assistant. As Executive Assistant your duties will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- General administration duties
- Diary management / arranging and attending meetings with / for and on behalf of the MD
- Assisting with projects
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Working for the parent company across all brands / departments of the groups.
An ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant will have:
- Happy with some overnight travel - (Could be international)
- Flexible with working hours
- Previously worked in a similar role
