Hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
Responsibilities:- Receiving incoming calls
- Taking messages and assisting with problem solving
- Preparing and organising Health & Safety documentation and site files
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with Site Foremen
- Recording and updating stock movement data
- Handling and processing stock-related purchase invoices
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels in coordination with Project Managers and the Warehouse Supervisor
- Prior experience in an administrative or project support position
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Ideally you will have experience within a similar position.
