Our client based in Halstead, Essex is looking for a Dispatch Manager to join their team.
As a Dispatch Manager your duties will include:
- Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Manage a team of 3 people
- Monitor transport compliance
- Use transport and dispatch management software to track performance and streamline operations
- Plan and coordinate routes, taking into account vehicle availability and driver hours
An ideal candidate for the Dispatch Manager role will have:
- A valid forklift truck license
- Previously worked within logstics / transport
- Team management
