Our client based in Cambridge is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their business on a full time, permanent basis. As Field Service Engineer your duties will include:
- Travelling around the Cambridgeshire area to carry out repairs, maintenance and installations of company equipment
- Upselling company products when possible
- Coordinating parts deliveries so that work can be carried out
- Speaking to customers face to face and understanding their requirements
- Updating relevant paperwork / IT system.
An ideal candidate for the Field Service Engineer will have:
- Previous technical experience involving fixing/maintaining machines
- Fault finding skills
- IT literacy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Full driving license
