Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in Saffron Walden, Essex is seeking an Customer Service Representative to join there team and help provide an outstanding service to their customers.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Preparing quotes
- Processing purchase orders on system
- Investigating queries and updating customer
- Updating customers of any delays with orders
- Advising customers on products
- General administration as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous customer service experience
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM and order processing systems
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good people skills.
