Our client based in Newmarket is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their practice on a full time, permanent basis. This role has great potential for career progression and will allow you to build your own team and help drive the business forward. The successful candidate will already have an interesting, mixed caseload ready and waiting, so you can hit the ground running from the off!
As Property Solicitor your duties will include:
- Managing your own caseload of Sales & Purchase, Freehold & Leasehold and Newbuild cases from inception through to completion.
Secretarial support is provided.
An ideal candidate for the Property Solicitor role will have:
- Experience of handling own case load with commercial & residential conveyancing matters.
- Driven personality, looking for progression.
