PureJewels is looking for a retail sales specialist to join our Green Street team. The role focuses on confident customer engagement, accurate selling and supporting the smooth operation of the showroom. Experience in jewellery is not required. We will train you from the ground up in product knowledge, hallmarking and customer service.
Key tasks
- Engage customers with clarity, confidence and care
- Support sales across all collections and price points
- Maintain stock accuracy and overall store presentation
- Handle orders, repairs and customer follow up
- Assist with visual merchandising and display standards
