We’re searching for a Senior CRM Manager to join our Marketing team based in Leeds!

The Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager, in this role you will be focused on maximising one of our biggest assets - our ex-member base, encouraging previous members to restart their fitness journeys at PureGym. You will gain a deep understanding of our ex-member base, and then develop strategies to reacquire them, through targeted offers and engaging content (delivered via email / app).

Additional Responsibilities Within This Role Include

  • Responsible for re-joiner performance and subsequent communications across the PureGym Group
  • Implement propensity model, including ML and AI segmentation techniques to optimise winback and ensure ex-members get the right communications based on their propensity to interact with campaigns
  • Work closely with commercial teams on strength and frequency of winback offers - maximising benefit of revenue sacrificed on offers
  • Develop referral programs for current and ex-members to increase incremental members
  • Work closely with paid channel activation managers (PPC / paid social / display) to leverage 1PD in platform
  • Work with the UK marketing team and external translation agencies as required to create assets and copy to use in channel - sharing best practices with paid channel activation managers
  • Work closely with our I&A and marketing analytics functions to understand and report on winback performance, finding opportunities for optimisation
  • Develop and manage ongoing test & learn strategies to drive incremental rejoiners
  • Work with our App and Content teams to find new and innovative ways to engage with our ex-members
  • Line management & leadership responsibilities for winback coordinator
  • Ensure communications are compliant with relevant legislation and ESP spam thresholds

The Person

  • Experience working with digital first, direct to consumer brands, either agency or client side
  • Strong CRM and audience segmentation experience - ideally having worked with propensity models
  • You will be an expert in utilizing first party data
  • Experience of Braze platform desirable but not essential
  • Ambitious and looking for a career in a fast paced environment
  • Creative & commercial mindset, capable of crafting messages and assets that resonate with varying audiences
  • Technical and analytical mindset along with excellent communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data sets
  • Confident in translating complex results and analysis into easily digestible reports for stakeholders
  • Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success
  • Is commercially aware and uses knowledge and experience to drive success
  • Is pragmatic, friendly and solution-focused
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met
  • You will be a conceptual thinker who is passionate about Email and App marketing
