The Facilities team within Central Operations oversees topāclass FM services, managing vendor performance and ensuring assets remain safe and compliant. As Project Manager you will lead the endātoāend implementation of a new CAFM system, ensuring seamless migration, integration, testing and rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project from initiation to postālaunch stabilisation across all markets.
- Ensure accurate data migration from existing systems into the CAFM platform.
- Oversee system design, build and reporting to deliver an intuitive, automated solution.
- Drive integration of APIs between internal and external systems.
- Plan and execute a rigorous UAT, compile documentation and secure signāoff before goālive.
- Develop and deliver engaging, multilingual training materials and plans.
- Plan and execute a seamless cutāover and goālive transition.
- Track and resolve preā and postālaunch issues, identifying root causes.
- Provide periodic and adāhoc status reports to stakeholders.
- Demobilise incumbent systems upon project completion.
The Person
- Proven changeāmanagement experience, preferably delivering technology implementation projects such as CAFM.
- Strong dataāmigration and API integration knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance and automation.
- Experience in UAT planning and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Knowledge of facilitiesāmanagement processes and systems.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and BI dashboards.
- Projectāmanagement certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
