We are looking for an Influencer Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team in Leeds. As one of the world's leading gym brands, we're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Influencer Marketing Manager to take our influencer programme to the next level. You'll lead and evolve our influencer strategy, building impactful creator partnerships that grow brand awareness, engagement and conversion. Working across multiple markets, you'll drive influencer activity and creator content at scale through a combination of strategic partnerships, agency collaboration and continuous optimisation. This is a hybrid role, working in our Leeds office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution and optimisation of our influencer marketing strategy across three core markets (UK, DK and CH).
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign delivery across assigned markets, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to performance evaluation, delivering content that drives impact across influencer and brand-owned channels.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated influencer campaigns that amplify key brand moments and wider marketing initiatives across markets.
  • Lead creator discovery and talent sourcing across assigned markets, leveraging audience insights, performance data and cultural trends to identify influencers who align with brand values, campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Build creator relationships, leveraging agency and talent partners to scale influencer activations and nurture brand advocates who deliver authentic and impactful content.
  • Provide clear creative direction and campaign guidance to creators, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and relevant legal requirements.
  • Oversee and evolve the creator programme within the broader influencer strategy, partnering with agencies to build a diverse nano creator roster that drives social proof and UGC.
  • Analyse campaign performance and creator effectiveness against brand and commercial KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimise future activity.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets across assigned markets, overseeing spend, forecasting and budget tracking, and optimising investment to deliver against brand and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform developments and emerging creator talent to identify opportunities that inform influencer strategy, strengthen brand relevance and drive audience engagement across markets.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions and markets to deliver impactful campaigns and creator content at scale.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and priorities simultaneously across multiple markets.
  • A strong eye for identifying talent that is a great fit for our brand values, markets, audiences and campaign objectives.
  • Great attention to detail, an eye for what good influencer content looks like and passion to be a strong brand guardian, immersed in our product and values.
  • Passionate about social media, creator culture and digital trends, with a strong understanding of established and emerging platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, with a proven ability to develop and scale creator-led campaigns that deliver measurable brand and commercial impact.
  • Experience delivering influencer marketing strategies across international markets or global brands is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the role influencer marketing plays across the full marketing funnel, from building brand awareness and affinity to generating authentic creator content and driving commercial value.
  • Analytical and data driven, with experience measuring campaign performance, generating insights and applying learnings to optimise future activity.
  • Experience developing and scaling creator or influencer programmes that deliver authentic content and positive social proof at scale is desirable.
  • Experience using influencer management platforms for creator discovery, campaign management and performance analysis is desirable.
