The role\’s primary purpose is to provide detailed analysis and commercial insight to underpin revenue management activities. These range from development of models that influence pricing decisions to tracking competitor movements – all part of growing revenue across our 690+ (and rapidly growing!) sites. You will be part of the Group Commercial & Marketing team, driving overall Commercial performance and revenue delivery across the business. You will use your analytical skills to inform decisions on pricing, competition response, performance of new gyms and other ad-hoc strategic projects. You will get the opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders across different business departments and develop your problem-solving and presentation abilities. In this fast-paced environment your responsibilities will be varied and include: Pricing Decisions: Detailed analysis is required to support our strategy of pricing every PureGym individually. You will build models that drive this analysis, feed into important decision-making on strategy and track the impact of changes that are made. Competitor Insight: Build a detailed understanding of our competitors, providing key insight for our overall competitive strategy. Utilise our best-in-class capabilities to track major competitor movements, ranging from new openings to overall pricing, product and promotion changes. Capacity Management: Support understanding of how busy our gyms are, through monitoring and improving our detailed capacity metrics. Work with our other teams to inform price, product and club investment decisions. Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Together with the rest of our Commercial team, lead the research and delivery of projects that support our long-term growth plans.
