Join us at PureGym as a CCTV Operator in our Central Operations team based in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The Role

As a CCTV Operator, you will support our estate by monitoring our gyms daily and delivering excellent customer service to members. You will be part of a strong, experienced team dedicated to safety and security.

Shift patterns include four days on and four days off, covering both day (8am – 8pm) and night (8pm – 8am) shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with CCTV legislation and policies.
• Provide first-class service to members, maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Handle enquiries professionally and see them through to resolution.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and motivate others.
