Pure Gym Group in the UK is recruiting a dynamic Gym Manager to lead a busy club, drive performance, manage budgets, and develop talent.

You will build an engaged team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, deliver exceptional member experiences, and oversee Group Exercise offerings while maintaining a safe, first-class standard.

Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will collaborate with other Gym Managers to raise performance across the area.
