Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Marketing division!

As one of the world's leading gym brands, we're looking for a creative Influencer Marketing Executive to support the delivery of influencer activity and creator content at scale across our core markets.

This role will support the Influencer Marketing Manager in delivering effective, social‑first creator campaigns that build brand awareness, drive consideration and bring our Feel Pure Gym Good positioning to life in an authentic and engaging way.

Responsibilities

  • Support with the planning and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns across three core markets (UK, Denmark and Switzerland), helping to deliver content that drives impact across influencer and brand‑owned channels.
  • Support cross‑functional working to help deliver integrated influencer campaigns that amplify key brand moments and wider marketing initiatives across markets.
  • Support creator discovery, using audience insights and performance data to identify influencers who align with brand values, campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Assist with the development of clear, engaging briefs that translate campaign objectives into strong content ideas.
  • Support with creator outreach, negotiation, briefing and day‑to‑day communication, ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact through to content delivery.
  • Coordinate influencer content approvals, working closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure all content is on‑brand, compliant and delivered on time.
  • Support the tracking of campaign deliverables, timelines, contracts, usage rights, licensing agreements and payment processes.
  • Monitor live influencer content and support campaign reporting, capturing key performance metrics and working with the Influencer Marketing Manager to evaluate performance against KPIs.
  • Keep up to date with social trends, competitor activity and emerging creator talent, sharing relevant opportunities and insights with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years experience in influencer marketing, with a proven ability to support the delivery of effective creator campaigns.
  • Passionate about social media, creator culture and the role influencer marketing can play in building a brand.
  • Creative and culturally curious, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging, authentic and social‑first.
  • Confident turning campaign objectives into clear, inspiring influencer briefs that help creators deliver strong content.
  • A strong eye for identifying talent that is a great fit for our brand values, markets, audiences and campaign objectives.
  • Great attention to detail, an eye for what good influencer content looks like and passion to be a strong brand guardian, immersed in our product and values.
  • Highly organised and detail‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Experience supporting campaign reporting, reviewing performance against KPIs and identifying learnings to optimise future activity.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, who enjoys building relationships with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with other teams to deliver impactful campaigns and creator content at scale.
  • Experience using influencer management platforms for creator discovery and performance analysis is desirable but not essential.
